– Due to COVID and high volume of shipments, carriers are not always able to meet their target shipping times. Please understand we have no control over shipment tracking or times after the product leaves our facilities.
– If you live in California or the West Coast, you may not need that expedited shipping. UPS ground can reach your destination in one to two days.

Value Added Taxes (VAT) and import duties are some of the fees that your country will impose on your purchase. We do not know what these fees are and they are solely managed and determined by your customs office.
We have a 90 day manufacturers warranty against defects from the manufacturing process. This covers issues that prevent the proper installation or performance of the product.
Cosmetic imperfections that occur either from the manufacturing or shipping process are not covered. We do not manufacture a cosmetic product or ones designed for show. Any undercar product will quickly have scratches and scuffs due to the location of the product and proximity to the road. We do NOT guarantee our product against theft. Cat Shields are a deterrence device that is meant to discourage theft and/or make it more difficult for thieves to steal your converter. Given the right tools, technique or time, a thief can still take your converter. However, by having a shield, you are significantly increasing your protection against theft. Similar to a car or home alarm, you are making thieves second guess themselves and consider moving onto another target. Deterrence works and we have countless customer accounts and video evidence that converter theft stopped (for those with repeated theft) or thieves looked and moved on to other vehicles.

I have no idea. It is on the car, if the cat does not get stolen then it works, if it does get stolen then it does not work. As far as the installation Lexus had no issues or concerns installing it. Ordering and tracking were a breeze.
Fast shipping! Had it sent directly to the shop and they put it on for me. Hopefully it will dissuade jerks from stealing my cat converter.
Easy to install. High quality aluminum. Hopefully it will deter the catalytic converter thieves.

Dropping a note on the construction and installation of these CAT protector’s.
We just happen to have two of these Lexus vehicles, that are in big demand right now with the local “Midnight Mechanics”
Did my research, and determined that the Miler product offers better protection than the other suppliers are offering.
Both of these units installed pretty easy IF you have all the required tools.
Luckily we have a two post hoist in our family workshop and plenty of tools to accomplish the task.
The big question will be if this will scare the crooks away when they stick their heads under the car, (too much extra work, just move on)
I would, definitely buy the same product again without reservations.

I went to one of the installers I found on your list. They were able to complete the installation the same day I called, which was the day after I took delivery of the CatShield. I feel much more secure now that the shield is in place. Thanks for the peace of mind.
EASY INSTALL, PEACE OF MIND
I have not yet done the installation on the CT-200,however I have done a install on a 2019 prius and if the lexus kit is consistent with the prius kit then I will be more than impressed.The fit,finish and and protection offered with these kits are very impessive !! The lexus install documents suggest a more involved installation and having said that I belive the extra work will be worth the peace of mind.I am currently offering the Miller Cat shield as a service at our auto shop.I will continue to recomend this product to all my clients that have cars which Miller has kits for…..keep up the great work

Super easy DIY if you have the tools available. Took about 40 minutes to install. The kit instructions were intuitive, and included photos for riv-nut locations and areas to be careful when drilling. Quality parts, materials, and install instructions. Totally would recommend!
I was pleased to see that the design development thought through potential overheating as well as attempted theft with the shield installed. My garage who installed it were impressed with it.
Very happy with this product and that they make it available for my CT200h. There have been several reports of stolen cat converters in my neighborhood so I’m glad I have this added peace of mind.
