The Lexus CT 200h Cat Shield™ is made of 304 stainless steel and features a 3D design that was laser welded together. Due to the unique shape of the converter, the shield was designed to prevent any contact between the exhaust and the shield. Fully removable, galvanic corrosion resistant and made from the strongest, hardest material in the market.
Free shipping is available to the lower 48 States. Does not include PO Boxes. Orders may take 1-2 business days to fulfilll.
Customers who need their products right away may want to pay for expedited shipping. Here are a few things to consider when choosing a faster shipping method.
– Miller CAT provides the option for faster shipping but is only a pass through for any charges. We do not make any money off of this service.
– When calculating your possible receive date, please remember that shipping services do not ship on weekends or holidays and that orders received after 1:00pm PST cannot be guaranteed to ship that day.
– Due to COVID and high volume of shipments, carriers are not always able to meet their target shipping times. Please understand we have no control over shipment tracking or times after the product leaves our facilities.
– If you live in California or the West Coast, you may not need that expedited shipping. UPS ground can reach your destination in one to two days.
If you wish to make an international purchase please contact us at info@millercat.com. By default we only ship to a few international destinations. Please be aware that there may be significant fees for you (the buyer) must pay when you receive the product.
Value Added Taxes (VAT) and import duties are some of the fees that your country will impose on your purchase. We do not know what these fees are and they are solely managed and determined by your customs office.
We have a 90 day manufacturers warranty against defects from the manufacturing process. This covers issues that prevent the proper installation or performance of the product.
Cosmetic imperfections that occur either from the manufacturing or shipping process are not covered. We do not manufacture a cosmetic product or ones designed for show. Any undercar product will quickly have scratches and scuffs due to the location of the product and proximity to the road. We do NOT guarantee our product against theft. Cat Shields are a deterrence device that is meant to discourage theft and/or make it more difficult for thieves to steal your converter. Given the right tools, technique or time, a thief can still take your converter. However, by having a shield, you are significantly increasing your protection against theft. Similar to a car or home alarm, you are making thieves second guess themselves and consider moving onto another target. Deterrence works and we have countless customer accounts and video evidence that converter theft stopped (for those with repeated theft) or thieves looked and moved on to other vehicles.

Quick and easy install. I am happy I upgraded the hardware which needed the special insert press tool but everything else needed just basic tools
So, I had the MillerCat installed at a Toyota dealership which cost me $325 ( tax included). I was really surprised by the price, but I went with it. I’ve had it installed for a week and no issues with noise or anything. Now will this deter thieves…. only time will tell, but at least having it puts me at ease,
Having been a previous victim of catalytic converter theft I bought this to keep the meth head hands off my property. It is really inconvenient to deal with replacing your catalytic converter, your car is so loud it’s unbearable to drive! Buy and install this and avoid the potential headache.
I’m a mechanic so installation was easy for me. I have all the needed tools. Took less than an hour on a car lift.
I chose this over cheaper options because it’s made of stainless steel. Cutting stainless is not fun, especially if you’re a thief laying under a car. I was impressed with the build quality and attention to detail for a part that will never be seen. It’s design was well thought out and the hardware supplied was of high quality. These factors justify the cost. I didn’t have to look around my shop for any “extra” hardware to make it work. The only improvement I would suggest would be adding razor blades to the edges as an added deterrent for unwanted hands reaching under your car.
I recommend this for anyone and any car, especially if you live or work in an area experiencing catalytic converter theft.
I ordered the Lexus CT 200 hybrid catalytic converter shield and it is the best protection for all Lexus hybrid CT vehicles. You can go to a mechanic to get it installed for approximately $150-$200. In the long run, it saves you thousands of dollars on payment for a new catalytic converter and waiting on the part to arrive. Recommend this company as well the service was amazing and website is very easy to maneuver when it comes to buying products.

Dropping a note on the construction and installation of these CAT protector’s.
We just happen to have two of these Lexus vehicles, that are in big demand right now with the local “Midnight Mechanics”
Did my research, and determined that the Miler product offers better protection than the other suppliers are offering.
Both of these units installed pretty easy IF you have all the required tools.
Luckily we have a two post hoist in our family workshop and plenty of tools to accomplish the task.
The big question will be if this will scare the crooks away when they stick their heads under the car, (too much extra work, just move on)
I would, definitely buy the same product again without reservations.

Seems solid and well designed. Came with good instructions and my mechanic was able to install it quickly. Time will tell how well it deters thieves
I went to one of the installers I found on your list. They were able to complete the installation the same day I called, which was the day after I took delivery of the CatShield. I feel much more secure now that the shield is in place. Thanks for the peace of mind.
EASY INSTALL, PEACE OF MIND
I have not yet done the installation on the CT-200,however I have done a install on a 2019 prius and if the lexus kit is consistent with the prius kit then I will be more than impressed.The fit,finish and and protection offered with these kits are very impessive !! The lexus install documents suggest a more involved installation and having said that I belive the extra work will be worth the peace of mind.I am currently offering the Miller Cat shield as a service at our auto shop.I will continue to recomend this product to all my clients that have cars which Miller has kits for…..keep up the great work

Super easy DIY if you have the tools available. Took about 40 minutes to install. The kit instructions were intuitive, and included photos for riv-nut locations and areas to be careful when drilling. Quality parts, materials, and install instructions. Totally would recommend!
I was pleased to see that the design development thought through potential overheating as well as attempted theft with the shield installed. My garage who installed it were impressed with it.
Very happy with this product and that they make it available for my CT200h. There have been several reports of stolen cat converters in my neighborhood so I’m glad I have this added peace of mind.
