– Miller CAT provides the option for faster shipping but is only a pass through for any charges. We do not make any money off of this service.
– When calculating your possible receive date, please remember that shipping services do not ship on weekends or holidays and that orders received after 1:00pm PST cannot be guaranteed to ship that day.
– Due to COVID and high volume of shipments, carriers are not always able to meet their target shipping times. Please understand we have no control over shipment tracking or times after the product leaves our facilities.
– If you live in California or the West Coast, you may not need that expedited shipping. UPS ground can reach your destination in one to two days.
If you wish to make an international purchase please contact us at info@millercat.com. By default we only ship to a few international destinations. Please be aware that there may be significant fees for you (the buyer) must pay when you receive the product.
Value Added Taxes (VAT) and import duties are some of the fees that your country will impose on your purchase. We do not know what these fees are and they are solely managed and determined by your customs office.
We have a 90 day manufacturers warranty against defects from the manufacturing process. This covers issues that prevent the proper installation or performance of the product.
Cosmetic imperfections that occur either from the manufacturing or shipping process are not covered. We do not manufacture a cosmetic product or ones designed for show. Any undercar product will quickly have scratches and scuffs due to the location of the product and proximity to the road. We do NOT guarantee our product against theft. Cat Shields are a deterrence device that is meant to discourage theft and/or make it more difficult for thieves to steal your converter. Given the right tools, technique or time, a thief can still take your converter. However, by having a shield, you are significantly increasing your protection against theft. Similar to a car or home alarm, you are making thieves second guess themselves and consider moving onto another target. Deterrence works and we have countless customer accounts and video evidence that converter theft stopped (for those with repeated theft) or thieves looked and moved on to other vehicles.

*We do ask that customers carefully make their purchases and reduce the possibility of returns as much as possible. Help us reduce the carbon footprint of these shields as they are large and expensive to ship.

Notes: Shield may have some surface imperfections. Professional installation recommended. Our shield will not work with Lift Kits that modify the chassis crossmember! Tacoma shields are designed with the assumption that your vehicle has a Radiator Support Splash Shield installed (Toyota Part Number 51406-04020).
Our Fitment Guarantee: While we do our best to test and verify every model, it is impossible to know for sure. We guarantee that if your vehicle is listed on the fitment table and you purchased the right shield for your vehicle but the shield does not fit, we will issue a full refund including return shipping on the product. The vehicle must have the original converter and no modifications to the suspension. It is a great product, with peace of mind to protect my catalytic converters. It was easy to assembly and install, saving $500 that the dealerships charge.

installed my shield, was pretty straight forward..took about an hour with hand tools on my back(without a lift) my only complaint is one of the bungs broke on the front x-member upper hold down plate…of course had to be the very last ****…and I was literally using a nut driver to tighten the safety ****….other then that I’m happy with my purchase
p.s. any way to get that plate and screws replaced?
The shields are great. It’s definitely an upgrade and a piece of mind having than nothing.
The bad guys will find ways to steal it if they really want to but will at least give them some time or discourage them with their ideas of getting it quickly.

Regarding the installation of brackets to align with the 3 screws
You may want to consider adding a 3M tape to help hold in place when making the screws connect 😉

Install was simple and easy. Just be sure to not over tighten the security screws or the riv-nuts could pull out. Otherwise amazing product!
Toyota Tacoma 3.5L 2016-2023 Cat Shield
The shield is well thought out and went together easily. I was able to assemble and install on my truck in about 45 minutes in my driveway. The only issue is it could have gone through a deburring process before being shipped. But overall I really like the product and how it installed. I will recommend to any of my friends with a Tacoma.
The 12GA thick stainless steel variant contains and updated design. It Also doubles a transmission skid plate and contains inset screws for maximum security. Installs cleanly. Love this version of the product. Fits with TRD skid plate perfectly.
