– Due to COVID and high volume of shipments, carriers are not always able to meet their target shipping times. Please understand we have no control over shipment tracking or times after the product leaves our facilities.
– If you live in California or the West Coast, you may not need that expedited shipping. UPS ground can reach your destination in one to two days.

Value Added Taxes (VAT) and import duties are some of the fees that your country will impose on your purchase. We do not know what these fees are and they are solely managed and determined by your customs office.
We have a 90 day manufacturers warranty against defects from the manufacturing process. This covers issues that prevent the proper installation or performance of the product.
Cosmetic imperfections that occur either from the manufacturing or shipping process are not covered. We do not manufacture a cosmetic product or ones designed for show. Any undercar product will quickly have scratches and scuffs due to the location of the product and proximity to the road. We do NOT guarantee our product against theft. Cat Shields are a deterrence device that is meant to discourage theft and/or make it more difficult for thieves to steal your converter. Given the right tools, technique or time, a thief can still take your converter. However, by having a shield, you are significantly increasing your protection against theft. Similar to a car or home alarm, you are making thieves second guess themselves and consider moving onto another target. Deterrence works and we have countless customer accounts and video evidence that converter theft stopped (for those with repeated theft) or thieves looked and moved on to other vehicles.

Our Fitment Guarantee: While we do our best to test and verify every model, it is impossible to know for sure. We guarantee that if your vehicle is listed on the fitment table and you purchased the right shield for your vehicle but the shield does not fit, we will issue a full refund including return shipping on the product. The vehicle must have the original converter and no modifications to the suspension. We travel out to Chicago frequently, and have had several friends deal with *repeated* stolen Catalytic Converters on their hybrid vehicles. So it was a no brainer that we wanted to get one for our new Corolla Cross Hybrid (especially with it sitting even higher off the ground than a Prius!). The shield was very well constructed and packaged … complete with all the needed hardware and tools for installation. This is the same shield sold by the dealer, too. Recommended!
I ordered a stainless steel Cat Shield for my new Corolla Cross Hybrid as the catalytic converter is extremely exposed from the factory. The shield arrived quickly and with all of the components and instructions to install the shield. The shield is very substantial and fit the Corolla Cross perfectly. I performed the installation myself, and it was very simple to follow the included directions. This was my first time ordering a catalytic converter shield for a vehicle I have ever owned due to unfortunate rise of converter thefts. I received the shield and kit in the proper time frame but with the incorrect hardware kit. I received a call immediately from Millercat (which I thought was a scam call since it was an unfamiliar number) as well as an email to verify that the hardware kit was correct. It was unfortunately not correct but the proper kit was sent out via express mail promptly. The communication over the phone and email was professional and immediate when I contacted them during their business hours (I am in a different time zone in NY).
The installation of the shield itself was very easy and the instructions was easy to follow. It was installed within the hour. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and level of professionalism and courtesy I received during this process. I would definitely recommend Millercat to others.
My girlfriend just bought a new 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. We had 2 friends with older Prius models who have had their catalytic converters stolen. Both friends installed theft deterrents after replacing their catalytic converters; one saved a few bucks with a cheap cage off of Amazon… it rattled after installation and even after he took it back for adjustments. The other bought a Cat Shield from MillerCat and had no problem. I did the research myself, read reviews, and eventually felt this was the right choice. No drilling, OEM fit, both a visual deterrent for thieves, and increased difficulty to remove due to secondary tools needed (different bolts/screws). The people I spoke to al MillerCat were helpful, kind, and reassured me that the Service Dept at my Toyota Dealership, or any other mechanic, would be able to install the product for me.
