– When calculating your possible receive date, please remember that shipping services do not ship on weekends or holidays and that orders received after 1:00pm PST cannot be guaranteed to ship that day.
– Due to COVID and high volume of shipments, carriers are not always able to meet their target shipping times. Please understand we have no control over shipment tracking or times after the product leaves our facilities.
– If you live in California or the West Coast, you may not need that expedited shipping. UPS ground can reach your destination in one to two days.

Value Added Taxes (VAT) and import duties are some of the fees that your country will impose on your purchase. We do not know what these fees are and they are solely managed and determined by your customs office.
We have a 90 day manufacturers warranty against defects from the manufacturing process. This covers issues that prevent the proper installation or performance of the product.
Cosmetic imperfections that occur either from the manufacturing or shipping process are not covered. We do not manufacture a cosmetic product or ones designed for show. Any undercar product will quickly have scratches and scuffs due to the location of the product and proximity to the road. We do NOT guarantee our product against theft. Cat Shields are a deterrence device that is meant to discourage theft and/or make it more difficult for thieves to steal your converter. Given the right tools, technique or time, a thief can still take your converter. However, by having a shield, you are significantly increasing your protection against theft. Similar to a car or home alarm, you are making thieves second guess themselves and consider moving onto another target. Deterrence works and we have countless customer accounts and video evidence that converter theft stopped (for those with repeated theft) or thieves looked and moved on to other vehicles.

The instructions were very well presented, and it did not take too long to install. I am an aircraft mechanic, and I was impressed with the level of craftsmanship in the product. I also purchased the rear shields.

Overall, it is a good product. Installation is easy and I installed it by myself without any help. I wished the add-on rear shield as thick as the main shield.
I thought the rivet nut tool included, but it is not. I wished Millercat to include this tool so I do not have to go to hardware store to purchase an M6 bolt/nut to make my own tool. it costed less then $3.00 for the bolt/nut, but it is inconvenience.
Overall, I am happy with the product and would recommend it to my friends.
Consider having the transmission serviced prior to installation. The main shield and front shield fit perfectly. Three jack stands and some scrap lumber were used to position the main shield in place. The right rear shield fit perfectly, but the left rear shield required some persuasion to get the holes to line up. An angle drill and shortened drill bits were used to drill holes in the frame which were then tapped to accept security screws for the rear shields. Once it was all in place the screws were individually pulled and re-inserted with medium strength thread locker to prevent any fastener from vibrating loose. The only problem was that the TS40 bit in the hardware pack did not have a hole in the end of it. The company was notified and the correct bit was send. Donniethelatemodeltech on Youtube was very helpful as his installation was also a 2014.
I am accustomed to aftermarket products letting me down. The Cat Shield did not disappoint. Fitment, quality, hardware and instructions are all at the OEM level. Could not ask for a better product. Thank You
